I love to DIY!

So I have been working on 2 different scarves right now. They are both pretty basic but I am really trying to grasp the knit and purl stitch. I feel comfortable doing the knit stitch but purling and still a little difficult. So to go along with different knitting and textiles I've been thinking about creating small art pieces out of fabric. I want to cute out different patterns and stitch it onto larger pieces. Heck, I could even go crazy and add some buttons! Anyways here is a listing of different textile/fabric/DIY websites.

Yes, it is July, but you can knit any time of the year...not just in December. I am still a beginner when it comes to knitting but I get so much satisfaction from it. Right now I am on my 3rd scarf and thinking about moving on to hats. Here are some links to great knitting!

I am making a Promise!

Okay, so usually you make resolutions in January but I think its better to make resolutions twice a year. Since in July, the halfway point, I am making a new resolution to post on this blog at least once a week. Let's say each Sunday.
